The California Homebrew Circuit is a grassroots initiative built by and for homebrewers across the Golden State. Our mission is to connect clubs and brewers through a network of local competitions, promote friendly rivalries, and a shared passion for the craft.
🚧 Beta Year Notice: The 2025 season was our beta launch year—an experimental first run. We refined the system as we went, and community feedback helped shape the circuit. Competitions for the season were finalized and locked in by September.
Brewers competed in any competition listed in the 2025 Circuit. Wins earned points on the 2025 leaderboard, highlighting standout brewers from across California.
CHBC exists to make homebrewing more connected, more fun, and more rewarding.
